Yeah, this one is official though. Fresh off the ship, and up for sale. I don't think they're officially allowed to announce the arrivals until late this week, but I'm going back in tomorrow to see if I can swing a quick test drive... .. .

Pre-order was these past couple weeks. First week of June they can officially start selling if I'm not mistaking

I'm in Canada. Pre orders have been going on up here for a few months now, and will begin rolling into dealers next week. The salesman I chatted with for a bit yesterday said that these first few early arrivals are mostly going to be base manuals, most of the pre-orders were auto's and will therefore be arriving in the second 'wave'.

It's the norm for whatever reason with VW that the U.S. is a month or two behind Canada with the new arrivals. Not sure why. :iono:

Good point. I hadn't really thought about that. I can't really think of any other reason why we'd have the cars before the rest of the country though. :iono:

I'll ask how the cars came in when I go back to the dealer today.

Or maybe I'll go ask google right now, see what he/she has to say...:D
