roof dent

I have a small roof dent, it happened somehow, I really do not know.... but it makes me nervous when I see it everytime
is there any solution for this? all interior panel has to be removed or are there any quick solutions?

Paintless dent repair should be able to pull it out. I've seen them do wonders on hail damaged cars without removing the headliner.

If it's hard for you to even notice without staring at it PDR will almost certainly be able to repair it back out.
