Turbo blanket cuestion

I got a turbo blanket From CTS my car is a Volkswagen gti 2011, I’m not sure how to install it. I appreciate the help.

I put my blanket on when the motor was out of the car. I think I have the PTP blanket and I bought it used. It's supposed to come with stainless tie wire however mine did not and I bought stainless zip ties. Mine wraps around the turbo and exhaust manifold.be very not to wrap it around the actuator rod for the waste gate

Easiest to install with the turbo off the car. Had mine installed when upgrading my turbo. I've heard of it being done with the turbo on the car, but I'm sure it's a pretty tight squeeze due to location and style of the turbo blanket.
