Unusual idle

Just curious if anyone can help figure out why my git is idling at high rpms after my new Cobb intake install. Rpms have been as high as 1700 at idle but only for a short time period

Would seem you have a leak after the maf. Might want to check your couplers and clamps.

Clamps seemed pretty snug I was thinking that pcv valve maybe wasn’t seated all the way on but since the tubing is stretched kind of awkwardly it doesn’t move very well. I’ll check the clamps in the am maybe that rubber coupler is to far on

This would be my guess. That intake changes the size of the maf housing so requires the Cobb tune to go along with it.
