omg failure. you want a 4 Cyl turbo to sound like a VR6? good luck the only way is to buy a mk4 r32 motor buy some schrick cams and a BB exhaust or else its not possible....

keep in mind it sounds terrible because of the video quality and sound being recorded. To hear it in person, it sounds like pure sex.
To answer OP's question, you can get the 2.0t to be pretty loud with a catless DP, and a non-res'd catback, or maybe an aftermarket catback with a welded on res to alter the sound.
It gets loud, and even louder at WOT, but it won't sound like a VR6. I bet this guy hates taking that car on road trips, purely for the extensive drone the VR6s have with straight pipes.
