Excited for the gti, basically R levels of performance, last I heard they are going to be 250hp + plus they will have significant weight reduction over the golf.

Abouth the MKVII: GTI comes with 220 hp and lots of extra torques. The Golf R reaches 300 hp. The GTD 180 hp.

Great news: the GTI will have a mechanical differential instead of the current electronic version!

I am not such a scirocco fan. I see those cars every day in Europe, the brilliance is gone after the 10th sighting. And....many of the Scirocco's are poor diesels or 1.4 TSI (122 hp) versions. A GTI is always a GTI, and many times also much more
