Zymol is the shit for black cars
Okay, last time asking this question and I will phrase it to get the answer I want.
If I don't want to purchase the full mount kit, which components are necessary for my engine to be planted in the bay.
Dont want to go with the whole mount setup, the pendulum/dogbone mount will serve you well.

BUT, that will over time add more stress and wear to the OEM engine and trans mounts.
I would start saving for the engine and trans mounts.
Sounds good. I'm just spending a little more on my boost gauge (p3) because I don't want to pay the install fee for the analog gauges and I would like the ability to see codes right on my vent. 0-60 feature is cool too. I'll stick with the pendulum for now and then add on the others soon.

Ive said it before the insert/dogbone mount solution is crap. The stock dogbone will never break and the center bushing has a tendency to crack on the VF version anyway. The insert is complete garbage at the very least you must REPLACE the stock bushing
A conventional boost gauge install really is not difficult. It does take some time a patience but unless the features on the p3 are worth $150 (or whatever the difference is) just grab a buddy and knock it out on a sunday afternoon. It took me a little over an hour to do the NS driver's side vent install.
Are you saying replace it with a full mount like the VWR or HPA. Which I'm in agreement with, Already got the HPA mount & I'm going to add the SPM engine & trans mount before I go K04, Both of those mounts are an easy DIY.

Also, will this get rid of the engine sloshing around in the bay or will I need engine mount for that?
