breakfast burritos are amazing.

What was on it? I just had cereal

All breakfast sandwiches are delicious. English muffin, bagel, croissant, waffles I don' care.

Agreed. Breakfast is my favorite meal. Anything with egg in it, I'm usually automatically a fan of.

Lox with capers, schmear and red onion on an onion bagel. Oh god.

Agreed. Mise en place for most of my breakfast favorites can feel endless, but the final product is usually worth it. (Only on the weekends though.)

This guy fucks with mise en place.

Eggs bacon cheese and a splash of hot sauce. Pretty basic.

Prepped a bunch of stuff for work breakfasts while we ride out this covid19 thing. Simple ingredients, ends up keeping things fairly budget friendly.

Nailed it! Had chili and eggs for breakfast this morning

Lox with capers, schmear and red onion on an onion bagel. Oh god.

Throw a slice of tomato on there and that’s the first breakfast I truly remember loving as a kid. (I was a weird kid.)

Dinner does allow for greater flexibility and creativity because there’s less of the “you can only eat that at X meal” mindset.
