New on this, I have 13 gti upgrades are meth, turbo upgrade, stage 2 pro tune by stratified. Getting misfire on 4 cylinders and can’t seem to locate the problem. In progress to get upgrade air intake manifold and valve cleaning 40k on the car. Any advise for the Misfires?

I would start with plugs and coils. You have red tops?

No I don’t have red tops
The shop told me the coils checked out ok but they are the stock coils
