How is that shifter? How much shorter is it than stock?

Its shorter than stock by a bunch both front to back and side to side. Huge improvement IMO.

Why did you go back to stock? Any issues with reverse? My subarus had a hard time going into reverse with the Cobb short throw.

If adjusted properly no issues at all, but if you use motul gear 300 it will be hard to shift when cold. Use oem fluid or a blend with oem.

I have one in my car and my wife's tdi cup and she loves it.
