Not sure if anyone is following or cares, but GTR_Killer shredded 4th gear in the trans yesterday evening. Went on a tow truck from Tenn. back to Charlotte NC last night, spare trans went in overnight and back on the road to catch up with the Dragon 800 this morning.

I forgot the significance between the beetle and everything else besides longer gears?
Just taller gears, everything else is the same. Should help with traction & highway rolls. I've heard gli gears are too tall, Beetle trans uses gli gears with gti finals so it's right between the two.
