You better have taken them out for a drive and treats. They wouldn't get out, thought we were gonna drive somewhere...
We did not go for a drive, they did get some treats thoughYou better have taken them out for a drive and treats.
I don't unfortunately, I didn't look at them or take any pictures when installingDo you know what ballast those Osram headlights use? I know they use a D8S lamp.
I'm interested in getting these for mine, just wanted to see if there was any options on upgrading the ballasts and lamps before I commit to them.I don't unfortunately, I didn't look at them or take any pictures when installing
I think the output from them is good, definitely better than my halogens were. I had an issue with the drivers side light flickering but I think that was due to a rusted out ground and not the lights themselves.I'm interested in getting these for mine, just wanted to see if there was any options on upgrading the ballasts and lamps before I commit to them.
If you still have your bumper off, can you see the headlight ballasts, or no?I think the output from them is good, definitely better than my halogens were. I had an issue with the drivers side light flickering but I think that was due to a rusted out ground and not the lights themselves.
Cool, that confirms what I thought it was. I think I know how to upgrade those to 35W and a D3S bulb. Here's a large pic of the ballast I got. Sorry for the delay, haven't been out in the garage in a while. Hopefully this helps
Probably buy a ready to go LPFP solution vs making my own. Haven't had any issues with it so far, even at lower fuel levels, but it was a bit of a pain. So far the aux injection has been working flawlessly and my last vdyno showed 510 to the wheels on E50, with probably more room to grow. The only thing i've run into is intermittent misfires on cylinder 1 but it gets fixed by pulling and reinstalling the injector. So I think that's something with the head and not the fuel system itself.you did so much work on the fueling - if you went back to it now, would do anything differently? has everything run as expected?
It's definitely a good turbo, but is bordering on laggy. When I do my datalogs that start the pull at 2500 RPMs it chugs a lot, but once it spools it's like a freight train. When a Did a 3rd->4th gear pull, 4th was already spooled by the time I shifted and wow, that's definitely the way to drive the car, no lag at allQuite a sweet build... gonna mark as watching so I can go back and read your posts on the G25 since I really wanna do that.
